Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted for any hair that has does not meet the following criteria. Items must be returned in original, un-opened packaging. Exchanges may only be processed for items equal to or greater than the amount of the original order. For all returns and exchanges that meet the aforementioned criteria, requests only be accepted if made within one week after customer receives order, per the delivery date on tracking information. Processing of returned payments will not begin until we ("DESCOLLECTIONS LLC") receives the original order in the original, un-opened packaging. New orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the original item is received in original, un-opened packaging.
